The use of this website is subject to the conditions laid down below, be it for historical, scientific and/or educational purposes or the ordering of products. This means that when you visit or shop at WooDyes.ca you are agreeing to these conditions. Please make sure you read them carefully.

Law

We make no assumption or affirmation that the products, or the information referenced on this website, are available, appropriate, or legal outside Canada. Anyone choosing to access this website is wholly responsible for making sure said products and information are legal within their own country. Use of this website is at the customer’s own risk. We only sell to customers within Canada.

Information

Information provided by WooDyes, via this website, or by its employees by phone, fax, e-mail or other form of transmission, including any links to or from this site, is purely for historical, scientific and educational purposes and should never be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific use of our products. We can accept no responsibility or liability for the information they provide you with. The use and application of our products are solely at the customer’s decision, responsibility and risk.

Age

To place an order the customer must be 19 years of age or older. Every order is therefore considered to be submitted in compliance to this condition.

Account

When creating a customer account, you must enter your complete and accurate full name. When placing an order you must enter the correct shipping address and phone number. Failure to do so may cause delay or return of your shipment. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect data.

Order Confirmation

Given the nature of our products, we consider it of the utmost importance to communicate with our customers prior to shipping. Please carefully review the order confirmation email to ensure all information is correct.

Product Purpose

Our products are natural dyes and are delivered with no expressed or implied fitness for any purpose. Although we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality products, and guarantee that our products are genuine and properly identified, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the product in regards to the way the customer decides to use it. Natural products vary, and we have no control over the conditions of use. We cannot replace products or be held responsible for their effectiveness or lack thereof.

Product Support

Our products are delivered with no expressed or implied fitness for any purpose. We do not provide nor communicate about usage of our products.

Shipping Policy

As the products we sell are natural and largely plant based, some may be restricted in your country. If utilizing a reshipping service it is your final responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are allowed in your country. We are not responsible for packages due to loss by the shipper or products returned, seized, or destroyed due to unforeseen customs regulations.

Return Policy

If for any reason you wish not to receive the package, simply refuse it when delivered (or mark “return to sender” on it), and it be returned to us at no cost. If your package is already delivered, do NOT ship it back until we have provided instructions how to do so.

Returned Orders

If a shipment is returned for any reason beyond our control, and you want it reshipped, we will have to charge for this.

Return / Cancellation Policy

Customers can return goods / ask for a refund within 14 days.
This does not apply to the following exceptions: fresh plant materials, food or perishable goods. When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs can dry out and lose their value. Because of this we do not restock returned products. We do not refund shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are typically 2-3 business days for XpressPost, or 5 business days for letter-mail, but we can not guarantee the delivery times and can not be held responsible for delay. Once the package is shipped delivery is largely beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Packages shipped via XpressPost with Canada Post are trackable, and will be returned to us if undeliverable. When your shipment has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow our instructions therein. regarding tracking and delivery. If you chose standard letter mail for your order, no tracking is provided and we can’t guarantee delivery.
